So this is something that I believe will be in common use within the next 5-8 years. I've been dredging the USA patent database via Google's patent search and I'm still yet to find someone that has a patent related to the control of "holographic presence"... similar to instant messaging we will need controls to protect our actual physical presence in a remote location... More on this later - boarding a plane ;)
